Committees

The Executive, Audit, and Governance Committee (EAGC) may act for the board on any matter, as necessary or appropriate, except for the hiring or removal of the university president. When sitting as the Executive Committee, the EACG shall consider matters pertaining to the employment of the university president. When sitting as the Audit Committee, the EAGC may consider matters pertaining to audits, compliance, and risk management. The committee also considers matters pertaining to governance of the board such as structure, composition, engagement, and assessment.
