Christina Maria Medina
As the Manager of Stakeholder Policy and Engagement for Pacific Power, she focuses on designing, delivering, and successfully implementing stakeholder input processes and outcomes in California, Oregon, and Washington. Fostering the development of new programs for low-income customer support, reducing energy burdens for vulnerable populations, and other ways to equitably distribute clean energy benefits to utility customers. In her role, Christina establishes and supports relationships with prominent public and private businesses, governmental organizations, and social and environmental justice groups. This collaborative approach extends to outreach and collaboration on challenges impacting BIPOC, Tribal, rural, coastal, and other groups. She aims to promote successful, collective approaches to achieve solutions and resolve adverse or disempowering outcomes for these communities, emphasizing the importance of inclusivity and collective effort in her work. Identifying and developing opportunities for broad and diverse stakeholder engagement is crucial for successfully incorporating stakeholder feedback into business decision-making and outcomes. It also ensures the success of equity-based processes through tracking to stated goals and objectives, statutory and regulatory requirements, and expectations.
Christina currently serves on the boards of Asante Health System, is the Chair of the City of Medford Vision 2040 Implementation Committee, and is a fellow of the American Leadership Forum.
Christina Medina has a B.S. degree in Innovation and leadership from Southern Oregon University with a minor in psychology.
