Executive and Audit
The Executive and Audit Committee (EAC) may act for the board on any matter, as necessary or appropriate, except for the hiring or removal of the university president. When sitting as the Executive Committee, the EAC shall consider matters pertaining to the employment of the university president. The Executive Committee also considers matters pertaining to governance of the board such as structure, composition, engagement and assessment. When sitting as the Audit Committee, the EAC may consider matters pertaining to audits, compliance and risk management.
